Who We Are

OptionsFlow (optionsflow.in) is an independent options analytics platform focused on Indian index derivatives — Nifty, BankNifty, Sensex, FinNifty and MidcapNifty. We compute Gamma Exposure (GEX), Vanna, Charm and dealer positioning from publicly available NSE option chain data.

OptionsFlow is operated as an individual independent project. We are not registered with SEBI and do not provide investment advice. All content on this platform is for informational and educational purposes only.

Data We Collect

We are committed to minimal data collection. Here is a complete and transparent account of what we collect:

• Server Logs: Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. These are retained for a maximum of 30 days and used solely for diagnosing technical issues.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 — page views, session duration, device type and approximate location (city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• No Account Data: OptionsFlow has no user registration, login or account system. We do not collect names, email addresses or any personal information through the platform itself.
• No Payment Data: All payments for mentorship sessions are handled directly over WhatsApp via UPI. We do not process, store or have access to any payment or financial information.

How We Use Data

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for:

• Monitoring platform performance and uptime
• Understanding which content and features are most useful to our audience
• Diagnosing and fixing technical errors
• Improving the dashboard, blog articles and educational content

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not use your data for targeted advertising on this platform.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to understand site usage patterns. GA4 uses anonymised identifiers and does not track individuals across sites. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Theme Preference: We store your dark/light mode preference in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• No Advertising Cookies: We do not use any advertising or retargeting cookies on this platform.

Third-Party Services

OptionsFlow integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• NSE (National Stock Exchange): All options chain data is sourced from publicly available NSE feeds. We do not store user trade history or account data.
• Cloudflare Workers: Used to fetch live index price data (Nifty, BankNifty etc.) for the dashboard topbar. No personal data is transmitted.
• Google Fonts: Used for typography. Google may log font requests — see Google's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp: Used for mentorship enquiries and bookings. Any conversation on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify: This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage & Security

OptionsFlow does not maintain its own database of user data. The platform is a static website — all options analytics data is generated locally and pushed as static files. There is no server-side user data storage.

The website is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption provided by Netlify. All connections to external APIs (live quotes, analytics) are made over encrypted connections.

Your Rights

Since we collect minimal personal data and have no user accounts, most data rights are straightforward:

• Right to Access: You can request information about any data we hold about you. In most cases, the answer will be that we hold no identifiable personal data.
• Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of any server log entries. Contact us via email and we will process your request within 30 days.
• Opt Out of Analytics: Use the Google Analytics opt-out tool or a browser extension such as uBlock Origin to prevent analytics tracking entirely.
• localStorage: Your theme preference stored in localStorage can be cleared at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
